YHN-KHE协会这个全称实在是太长了我老是记混，以下全用Y-K代替，有反对意见请自己改啊自己改。

所以你想要写一篇文档。

你正在阅读的是“如何撰写一篇Y-K协会文档”。

既然你读到了这里，那么你应该已经是决定要参与协会众创内容的一员，并正要向协会文档创作迈出第一步。

这篇文章的目的就是帮助你在起跑时指明正确的方向。

仔细阅读，别跳着读。读完以后，再多读几遍。

开始创作前：一些值得深思的事情

一般而言，一篇成功的文档通常具有下列几个要素：

  • 有趣的创作概念。
  • 合理的收容措施。
  • 清晰的描述。

而一篇好的文档必然会有以上三点，甚至更多。

一篇文档应当让人一开始读就被深深吸引，而且不会被文中你安排的各种情节搞得晕头转向，所以在动笔前，尽量想明白你的造物到底是什么样的。

许多初次创作的文档因为这样或那样的原因而以惨败告终，其中最主要的就是作者缺乏创作的经验。有些人的第一篇就大获成功，是因为这些作者要么瞬间就明白要写什么、怎样写出来（非常罕见），要么就是他们酝酿了足够久并学得足够多，打好了基础。

为帮助你避免第一篇文档的失败，一定要在几个交流群内，或者如果你乐意的话，官网的评论区内？征求反馈意见。

即便有些批评较为直截了当，也要牢记在心。
如果你觉得有人真的冒犯了你，你可以随时联系工作人员，以及诸位群管理。如果越界，我们会采取措施。

不类似基金会（你知道是哪个基金会的对吧？），Y-K-协会这一众创暂时还因为各类原因无法使用网站内读者评分的评判制度，取而代之的，我们采用人工审核制度：

当你的作品被你发至交流群内，并声明这不是寻求意见而是正式投稿后，你的作品将会被送入审核群内部，由我们选定的审核人员进行审核，约在1-3日内完成审核，并最终给出审核结果。
审核结果将会在专用的审核通知群内发布，请自行注意。

  • 若审核结果为通过，你的作品将能够被上传至官网。

如果你有足够的技术力（且我们十分欢迎），你可以（在向管理申请过后）自己将已审核过的文档上传至官网，否则你的文档将进入我们的等待上传列表，按照编号顺序依次由工作人员进行上传工作

  • 若审核结果为不通过，你的作品将会被退回，无法上传至官网。

先别沮丧！这不代表你的作品永远失去了属于它的机会。在你的稿件被退回的同时，审核群内会同步发出一些具体的修改建议与创作指点，你依旧可以根据这些建议与指点修改你的作品并重新投稿，直至你的作品符合我们的审核要求并通过。

编者的话：审核也是人，审核有时也会犯错，例如误解了你文章内的某些内容或者暗喻，漏看了某些重要的隐藏信息，如此种种。
当类似情况发生时，请先放下你的键盘。
请先放下你的键盘，深呼吸，别急着找审核对线。
冷静下来了？很好。
去找审核们聊聊，优先找那些在线的，给ta发一遍你的文档，和他说清楚错误内容，ta会带着你的补充消息和文档冲回审核群和大伙重新审核的。
当个友善的人，世界更美好。
当然，在此之前，也请自查一遍自己的文档，或许修改部分措辞，毕竟这种情况下，你的文章大概率也确实造成了某些误解了。
最后重申：和审核，或者和其他创作者直接对线，尤其是抛出与创作无关的各类人身攻击没有任何好处，只会让你看起来像个小丑并失去一些宝贵的权利，倘若遇到这么做的人也请别冲去和ta一起对线，把ta扔给管理来处理吧。

你写的东西没有审核通过？不用太伤心。

如果你的第一篇文档已经失败了，那就从中汲取教训：
看看点子是否可以挽救，看看写作方面的可取之处和缺陷。
有时，你的写作技巧还不足以很好地表达你的创作概念，那么暂时保留旧作品以待重写也是一个很好的策略。
你可以将你的点子和作品一直存放在沙盒里，电脑文件夹里，或者你的脑子里。

如果你发现是临床腔（上帝保佑我不需要再写一篇解释临床腔是什么的文档）上的问题，但你对协会世界观、项目以及文章当中的主题有充分把握的话，你可以试着把它写成一篇协会故事看看。故事的数量其实绝不下于文档，也绝不劣于文档。
我们真的很乐意看见写的好的故事或者外围的，上帝啊。

另外，也请注意：
抱着“试试手气”的态度发布一篇粗制滥造的异常项目文档不但不会成功，还会让网站充斥着蹩脚的玩意儿。
请尽全力将你的第一篇文档做到最好，这将会成为评判你未来作品时的一部分标准。
在聊天群里可以大开玩笑，但在正式写作上？请对你的作品保持严肃认真的态度。
这种态度会提高他人对你的评价，提升网站整体的水平，也会成为新进人员的典范。

说实话，我们能给你最好的意见就是：要有耐心。
请好好坐下，静心观察，花点时间去了解网站的评判标准，问问老成员相关的问题，多看一些相关的作品，看看什么是佳作什么是次品，为什么它们会得到好评或差评。
学着去找读者们期待从文章中看到的东西，你就能更容易创作出成功的作品。
